Vicki is the Founder and Owner of True West Properties. She has lived and recreated in the great Rocky Mountains of Colorado since 1995.  Born and raised in Maryland, she spent her early years boating and fishing on the waters of the Chesapeake Bay and hiking in the Appalachian Mountains.  A rewarding career in sales and service gave her the opportunity to work with diverse mix of clients ranging from US and Foreign Corporations to Farm & Ranch Businesses across the Southeastern Plains and Western Slope of Colorado. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in American History and a Master's Degree in Business. A passion for the outdoors, a strong connection to the mountains and a love of the Old West and its history led her to a career in mountain real estate.  Vicki believes every piece of land is just as unique as the person seeking it. She is truly dedicated to helping others find just the right property to meet their Colorado lifestyle and recreational interests. A favorite saying for her customers: "If You are Lucky Enough to Live in the (Colorado) Mountains...You Are Lucky Enough"! 

Raeann was raised on a farm and cattle ranch on the Eastern Plains of Colorado. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, she dedicated herself to a successful 30 year career in the medical field.  Real Estate has now become the perfect second career for Raeann as it allows her to continue to do what she does best - help others! She has an extremely strong work ethic; she is a fantastic listener and always strives for the highest of standards.  She enjoys the details of ensuring that each mountain real estate transaction goes smoothly for each and every customer. Raeann has a deep appreciation for the beauty of the Colorado Mountains and spends as much leisure time as possible hiking through the endless trails and amazing scenery. 

Debbie is a native of Colorado and is very passionate about recreating in the great outdoors. She is an avid "fisher-woman" and loves to go camping and exploring new places in the mountain high country. She also enjoys attending Bluegrass Festivals to hear what she calls "that high lonesome sound" in the Colorado Mountains. She is married with (2) children and (4) grandchildren (and counting)! Debbie is never without a smile and always performs her work in a helpful manner and with a positive attitude. She has worked with True West Properties since 2008 and strives each day to learn more about the business of mountain real estate.
